I was so lucky to find this place, the location is superb. So many opportunities for outdoor activities within a few meters; cycling, hiking, swimming, and watersports. There is a quiet relaxed atmosphere but also plenty of shops, and international cuisine. Grey at Reception was friendly and helpful and had a lot of knowledge of the local area. It was great value for money. I will be back to stay again soon.

雲溪院宿簡直是天然氧吧！四周群山環抱，每口呼吸都浸滿森林草木清香，負氧離子監測屏實時爆表，都市帶來的疲憊瞬間被洗刷乾淨！ 晨起推窗驚見小鳥掠過溪澗，耳畔盡是竹濤鳥鳴，住這裡才懂什麼叫”與自然同頻呼吸”。 沿著民宿專屬的步道漫步，山泉在腳邊叮咚流淌，每一步都像踏進宮崎駿的童話秘境。 夜宿時連空調都不用開！風裹著月光從鏤空木窗潛入，裹著雲朵被酣眠整晚，第二天頭髮絲都沾著草木清甜香。

Very cozy room - a two single-bed room with a sofa bed to accomodate three people. Checked in late but checked out very early in the morning. The fast checkout （leaving key in the room）really saves some time as we don't need to visit the front desk again.

It's very good to live alone. It's normal to have small rooms in Hong Kong where every inch of land is valuable. Don't compare it with mainland China. The landlady is very nice. I was embarrassed to wake up the boss when I checked in at 4 am. Although the room is small, it has everything I need. I will go there again next time I come.

Good location near MTR Mongkok exit B2 near Dimdim sum mong kok shop and 7/11 near lady market . Old Building but no ptoblrm to stay it quite at night, room is ok and clean.staff can talk english a little but you can add Wechat' hotel if you need some help. Recommrned for budget hotel in Hong kong.

I didn't really expect much so I wasn't that disappointed. But I get where the bad reviews are coming from. If you're expecting a hotel service, you'd be disappointed. My room was really small. Rooms are situated in what seems to be an apartment unit made into small partitions. I booked a bunk bed, but I got ”upgraded” to a solo room but without a door. They just covered the door with a bedsheet haha. From what I could observe, that's the only room without door. Thought of transferring to bunk bed room a night after, but I thought I prefered having my own space even with the makeshift door. So I stayed for the next 2 nights. The owner replied fast via whatsapp. I requested for self check-in, and instructions were on point and easy to follow. At first, I thought the room I went it belonged to somebody else because there was a small luggage under the bed. Told this to the host and he said it's his. So maybe the room I was assigned to wasn't meant to be for guests. There was an electric fan in the room. What stands out is its LOCATION. Very near the subway, around 2 min walk to the exit. 7eleven and mcdo nearby. Famous dimsum resto called dim dim sum is in the same building. Ichiran ramen mong kok branch is also nearby. Hostel also has washing machine, so you can do your laundry here. Shower with heater, shampoo and body wash are availbable in the two showerooms/toilets. Overall, it is great for backpackers who just needs a place to sleep in.

Clean and hygienic, cheap and the attitude of the aunt at the front desk is very good

Room looks new for me in mongkok area plus the design is cool. Cozy, nice and coolness of aircon is great. Complete personal hygiene kit as well. Thanks

Good location, very close to Mongkok station. The room is not big. Booked for 3 people, got 3 single beds. The entrance is a bit narrow for carrying luggage. Have to walk up the stairs and take the lift to the 4th floor to check in. The accommodation is on the 5th floor. The room is reasonably clean. The bathroom is not big according to the size of the room, but there is a separate toilet and shower area. Looks new. No breakfast, but near the market. Can walk to eat congee comfortably. The staff may mostly speak Chinese, but the service is good. There is only one officer. Went at the end of December.

A very small room is suitable for spending the night, it is clean and good, but it was very difficult to find the entrance
