Hotels in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong

An unforgettable experience for my friend's family celebrating their little girl's 4th birthday. Catherine, Rex, and Kary demonstrated professionalism and genuine helpfulness. Their patience and consideration truly made a difference. I wholeheartedly recommend this to my friends.

The location is excellent as it is linked to MTR and several shopping malls. We have no lack of food choices. There is a direct bus service (A31) from the airport that terminates next to the hotel. However, there are a few drawbacks 1. There is no ramp from the rear door from the bus terminal to the hotel. There are a few steps. This could be replaced by a gentle ramp. I believe that the ramp was in the original plan but not properly constructed. This could easily be rectified. 2. For the room type that I picked, there is a large glass that divides the bathroom from the room. However, when the toilet was used at night, the light shone into the room. 3. There is a motion sensor light outside the toilet, and it can not be turned off. 4. Some unknown insects bit me and my daughter. 5. Some parts of the building need maintenance. I discovered this gem of a hotel in about a year ago and I kept coming back to Panda 🐼 Hotel since. Juergen Chong’s Front Desk is well run and Allison best reflection of such 😁as she welcomes you like a friend😍 Mr Chong actually comes out to greet me as well with Nelson, both accompanied me to my upgraded room, unbelievable warm reception 😘 Guest Services Manager, Shelia Ang, sends her best via note & fruit basket🙏🏼 Bee with Kenneth’s department of Bell Desk/Concierge is just amazing! He just treat me both royally yet with the fitness of an old bestie👏🏻😍His staff: Raymond, Joey, Jordan & Bund take care of my daily inquiries (directions/local buses/where to eat, etc) most effectively & friendly manner👍🏻🥰 This stay was 5 nights March 21-26, 2024 but I am returning March 29-April 5 after a brief trip to China- can’t wait as I feel, after a year of numerous stays and  close to 30+nights~ the consistency of friendly service rival Four Seasons where I do stay in San Francisco near Union Square, Switzerland just last month {even Hong Kong -in the past 😕 with the best Afternoon Tea with Kenneth’s staff}.. I recommend Panda Hotel to all of American friends in need of a great value hotel in a most convenient location!

A nice hotel for relaxation during the weekend holiday. There are several beaches nearby, and the Ching Ma bridge overview is just in front of the hotel. It's really amazing.

The nearest station is Kwai Hing mtr about 10 mins walk. There's hotel shuttle bus at metroplaza near Kwai Fong mtr just 3 mins across the station. U can visit the hotel website for the time schedule of the shuttle bus. It comes quite timely. Opposite the hotel has some small shops, eateries, convenient stores & bus stops. The size of the room is quite decent for Hong Kong for the price paid (I've paid about $450) stayed in Dec 2024. The hotel lounge food is not nice, don't try.. overall not too bad experience.

It is an old building. Some parts were still pretty. My room was clean. I was a little confused when I was looking for my room. Most of the staff were nice. The lobby guy around 5 or 6am was really helpful giving me directions to 711. The staff during check in was nice enough but there was a little hint of impatience maybe he was tired and there were a lot of customers checking in that time. I didn’t see seaside which was a shame. There is construction going on.

The pics that I uploaded was before I checked out from this hotel. I love staying in this hotel it’s affordable and very clean. It’s few meters away from Tsuen Wan MTR station exit B and bus A31 from the airport will stop few steps away from the hotel and when you go to the airport you just cross to the opposite side to take bus A31 straight to the airport which is about 30-40 mins. The staff can speak and understand English very well and they’re very helpful. I stayed twice at this hotel and definitely will stay here again.

I took a day trip to Hong Kong and I didn’t regret booking my stay here. It wasn’t too far from the city center, just about 20 mins by taxi and 40 by bus. The service was very good, the staff were warm and welcoming. The room despite being small was very clean and tidy, just don’t forget to bring your own water. If you’re looking for an affordable stay whilst in Hong Kong, look no further.

They dont provide bottled water or amenities that use plastic. However, you can boil water from the tap dan they provide the pitcher as well as the electric jug. You cannot find any restaurant around the hotel but you can take the free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan Station and you can find foods seller there. The food price in hotel is acceptable for my breakfast dan dinner. The view from my room is awesome dan the room size is big. My room has a living room dan pantry with sink.

Although it is near all those factories building, it is easily reachable to the mall. Rooms are clean and bathroom are big. People are friendly
