The location is excellent—right next to a mall, a bus station, and surrounded by several other shopping centers. You can easily walk between them via connecting bridges, so you don’t have to worry about sun or rain! The MTR station is also nearby, and you can reach it by walking through the malls, which leads you directly to the station. There’s even a park close by, adding to the convenience. The staff are very professional and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, with furniture that looked almost new, and the bathroom was spotless. I was extremely happy with my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Hong Kong. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

I am impressed with the service provided by all the staff at this hotel. I feel the attentiveness and willingness to provide good service. The overall atmosphere of the hotel looks clean and very pleasant to stay in. I hope that in the future I will have the opportunity to use this service again. The check-in process was fast and easy. The room was neat and comfortable. I stayed for nights, so the housekeeping service made up my room every day, and they were very friendly. The water pressure was great. Downstairs, there are lots of options to eat and purchase your necessities and gifts! The free shuttle is also very convenient. Will stay here again

It’s a hidden gem in the city! I stay at Royal View Hotel for 3 weeks, staff are so nice and helpful. Especially the overnight front desk staff really help me a lot! The best thing is the shuttle bus, every 15 minutes from 7am to 11pm, no need to worry about no convenience store nearby! The room was upgraded and the view is stunning. Definitely will stay here again!

Location is great. Most malls and MTR are connected by overpasses, making it very easy to get around even during rainy weather. Standard amenities are provided, hair conditioner not included. Only one sandblasted window in our room, so there wasn't really a view. Room was small compared to two other hotels in which we stayed during our trip. AC was sufficient, however air circulation was not for some reason. Even with a dehumidifier on (provided by the hotel) my hand-washed clothes would take longer than usual to dry. Aside from all of this, my biggest complaint was actually the room service. We forgot to put the DND tag on our door, which was partly our fault, but when they knocked on the door we insisted that we did not want room service. The lady was adamant about coming in and barged in when I was still in bed! On previous nights, we were also woken up several times by either the neighbours or the cleaning ladies, as the rooms were not very soundproof. Overall, unless I really want the convenience of everything nearby and within walking distance, I probably won't come here again.

Not far from MTR but yet a bit confused when walking the first time since Google map show the longer way to walk. Overall experience is nice, worth for short trip. One thing that hotel might consider is filling drinking water point to make guests stay more easier (water vending machines almost sold out this morning).

Room is Spacious with good sea view. We are upgraded to Deluxe suite in same floor cause we are 2 families. Location is bit far from the center but its in a peace environment. Swimming pool is ok for the kids. I am not satisfied with the Restaurant food. It will be good if the Vending machine has more food options so we will have more choices to eat. Overall ok to stay.

I needed a hotel closer to HK to stay for 1 night and found this good located new hotel. Only 5 mins walk to station and shops. My room was small but clean and Morden. Kettle and fridge. The walls are slightly thin and can hear a phones ringing. Very good for the price.

The hotel is located at Tsingyi which is near Disneyland and airport. There are many tourists staying at this hotel who are taking the advantage of the proximity. I choose to stay here because it is near my customer. It is part of the condominium. Only two eateries, one supermarket and a few shops within the compound. I need to walk out to the estates or take a minibus to Tsingyi MTR for meals. Good thing is minibus arrives at the condo. Hence it is consider convenient. The lock of my room is spoiled. They managed to repair it within the same day though it is Sunday.
