The old man at this hotel was extremely arrogant and rude. I went to check in at 2:00 AM, but he refused to let me stay because I had booked a shared room. He insisted I get a private room before he would let me stay. Then this morning, I discovered my hotel reservation had been completed without me even checking in. How did he complete the reservation? Isn't this robbery?

Hi,
It was mentioned in app to pay just HKD11.50, he charged me HKD 17.00.
Attitude of the Manager was very rude, no welcoming nothing, morning shouting to vacate bed at 9a.m, he came and saw was dressing up 5 minutes here and there accpeted, I dont know what was rushing him to not o be patience for 5-10 minutes.
Poor service, asking why u book so cheap, I said I paid app price nothing to do with you and he was not happy, I think he was trying to squeeze more money from foreigners and cant do same now as we do booking with app.
No hot water, no A/c and even luggage place to be kept was not enough
Dont stay there ever would be my recommendation.

The owner of this hotel has a very good attitude. The hotel is very clean and tidy. I must recommend it when traveling to Hong Kong. There is a subway station downstairs, which is very convenient. Welcome everyone to experience it next time! 😆😆😆

The manager was super nice, I didn't had enough HKD so he accepted my Euros for the cleaning fees. I didn't had cash for the deposit so he just kep my passport. And he gave me an upgrade on the room for free.
The place is simple but very decent. It's conveniently located in Chungking Mansion in Tsim Sha Tsui, perfect for a short layover in HK.
Super nice people and I had a good night so I could catch my flight the next day. I recommend this place.

Hello! When I checked in, I found out that this is a scam. The room is different from the picture in the advertisement. There is no hygiene and no windows. The air in the room is too uncomfortable. The boss has a bad attitude and is very angry. He cheated and added taxes! I want to complain and get a refund! Thank you!
