Hotel yang fantastis dengan lokasi dan fasilitas yang bagus. Sky poolnya cukup besar dan memiliki pemandangan gunung yang indah. Saya beruntung mendapat upgrade kamar, apalagi tepat setelah ulang tahun saya

Hotel aneh, delapan kamar di lantai pertama, semuanya sempit dan panjang. Ada nyamuk di kamar, dan saya tidak tidur sepanjang malam. Gambar 1 menunjukkan bahwa meja tidak dibersihkan. Gambar 2 menunjukkan bahwa rol kursi sangat licin dan mudah jatuh, begitu saya duduk di kursi, saya lari dan jatuh dua kali. Gambar 3 menunjukkan bahwa rasa alas lantai tidak dapat dijelaskan, dan meja depan meminta yang putih dan mengatakan tidak. Gambar 4 menunjukkan bahwa pintu toilet berada di sebelah kepala tempat tidur, dan hanya ada sekat setengah, yang sangat membingungkan. Gambar 5 dan Gambar 6 semuanya noda di sofa. Saya ingin tahu apakah hotel ini melakukan pembersihan?

The location was fantastic just walking distance from Wan Chai station with lots of food options right outside the hotel. The room was nice and quiet and spacious by HK standards. Appreciated the tea and toiletries selection. Will definitely stay there again

Strategically located in Wan Chai, just 5 minutes walk to MTR station with many places to eat around. Walking to/from the hotel was an experience itself as we have to pass through market with many stalls. The hotel itself is pretty small with a very compact lobby that’s always full with luggages. Other amenities like gym and restaurant are small. Swimming pool on the rooftop was closed during our stay in winter. The room is adequate with cheerful decorations. The only downside is many rooms are facing the building across the street so we closed the curtain most of the time.

All the hotel staff are extremely hospitable, professional, and polite. However, that is the only positive aspect of the hotel. The property is very basic and desperately in need of renovation. On the travel app, it is advertised as one of the top 20 most Instagrammable hotels in Hong Kong, but I have no idea what one would photograph. The swimming pool on the 27th floor was locked, but through the door, I could see that it was very small and shallow—unsuitable even for children. The location is right next to a street market, which can get extremely crowded. Breakfast, advertised as a semi-buffet, was very simple and below average. This review is directed at IHG, as they should seriously consider renovating the property. The staff are doing their best, but as it stands, this is hardly a 4-star hotel. I initially chose it because of my previous stay at Indigo Bangkok, which was a much better experience.

Spent 3 nights here, and was very happy with everything. The room was pretty big for HK also. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine! Will stay again

Best location on the island, very near to metro and breakfast locations if you do not desire to consume the breakfast in-house. The cocktail bar on the 29th floor is great quality. The pool is also fancy enough for unwind during the day. I was impressed by the design and the spacious room. I'll certainly keep it as a reference point for my trips to HK. The view from the room was not great but in this part of the city the buildings are all next to each other so i consider that very good. Thanks to all the staff. Ciao and see you hopefully soon.!

The service on reception is pretty good, they response and positive gave feedback. Some requests we asked: 1. get a converter, we went to the reception directly and the clean lady brought one to us pretty quick. 2. ask for additonal towel and slipper cause we have a kid with us. The lady seems a bit unpatient and asked a bit rude "do you have anything else you need" in a sense of "you better ask them once for all". we don't expect that, we thought those should be in the room already because we booked the room for 3 person and we paid additional for the kids breakfast. Other than that the room is pretty neat and clean, I like the view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, if you open the curtain that should give you a pretty amazing view in the morning. BTW, the breakfast is not worthy, we paid it only because of the kids, otherwise you should go out to get some street food, I'm sure you'll find it somewhere near.

Very well located in bustling Wan Chai - super easy to get to direct from the subway. Room was well-pointed clean and super comfortable. Very functional hotel.

Good location, nice design, and the rooms were decent. But I have to say, the check-in experience was not good. The front desk staff, Amanda, were cold, and I felt not really welcome from the first moment. I was willing to pay for a late checkout (half day) from the start, so I asked about the cost. To my surprise, she wanted to charge me almost the same rate as the full rate (trip.com) for just a few extra hours. Apparently, they had upgraded my room with a better view without informing me and based the late checkout fee on that rate. This was unreasonable, and the staff member's attitude didn't make things better. Overall, I think the hotel should reconsider its approach to customer service and reasonable decision-making.
