A huge thank you to Alyss Chan, Guest Relations Supervisor, who made my proposal at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong so smooth and unforgettable. She and her team took care of every detail and even prepared lovely little gifts that really touched us.
Also big thanks to the Room Reservations Team – especially Amy Lo and Connie Yu – for being so patient and helpful over email. They answered all my questions quickly and made the whole planning process stress-free.
Because of the amazing team, we had the perfect experience at the hotel during such a special moment. Truly grateful!

定了2間2晚，整體去住下來還是比較滿意的
在位置和環境上我覺得沒有可以挑剔的地方，擔心酒店設施老舊的情況絕對沒有，可以這麼説他們的日常保養一定做的非常精細，國內5年以上的新酒店一般都比不了。
細節的服務更是我們可以感受到的，從提前的房間安排到最後走的時候的送達服務都是彰顯着這家酒店的服務態度，唯一可以提升的就是酒店自助早餐的工作人員，服務上還是不要把我們和歐美人區別對待。
以後去住香港應該還會選擇的。

Doesn’t give good impression on the day I checked in. None of them show us the queue, we’ve been standing there for 15-20 mins, no one came up to ask or show guidance. Everyone just cut queues like nobody business.
Requested for room upgrade but not given, wonder how those people get their upgrade for FOC.
Stayed 2 nights with MO Harbour view room but view is not up to expectation. Cupboard seems old, MO needs to have upgrade on it. There’s also bad sour smell when you enter the room. Soundproof is not good, you are able to hear people walking around from upper floor room.
Ordered ice cream for in room dining and didn’t expect to come just only one scoop of it as in the picture, but honestly speaking the chocolate ice cream is rich.
The only thing that makes me happy is the cake shop. Highly recommend their scones and rose jam!

本次來港先入住了麗晶再來住的文華東方，兩個酒店地理位置都很優越，房間大小也都ok，景觀上麗晶佔據上風，但文華東方勝在服務。入住預訂的皇后像廣場景觀房時遇到一些問題，與前台溝通後很快幫我換到了海景房，但是留下了遺憾，個人比較喜歡皇后像廣場景觀房。退房時大堂經理知道情況後還特意贈送了特色小禮品，讓人感覺很貼心。

很少主動評價，但香港文華東方讓我覺得值得留下評價。酒店地理位置方便就不用説了，我們在這裏住了三天，周到的服務讓我們印象深刻。前台辦理入住的工作人員十分熱情，看到我們帶了小朋友，主動送小禮物，還貼心問我們是否要加床。每次出門遇到客房打掃的阿姨，都微笑地和我們打招呼，讓人一天都有好心情。客房整理的也很整潔，充電線都纏的整整齊齊。小朋友的傘忘在大堂了，失物招領處的一位男工作人員耐心地幫我們去找了十幾分鍾，讓我覺得非常不好意思。酒店的早餐也很豐富，餐食用料都很好。臨走時，小朋友説下次來香港還要住在這裏😀
