Excellent hotel, freshly renovated, kitchen in the room, washing machine on the floor. The only big minus is COCKROACHES and ants. Cockroaches do not run in crowds, but you can meet them in the room.

Hygiene: Very, very hygienic, the bedding, toilets, and room facilities are all very clean.
Facilities: complete.
Environment: Clean. The only drawback is that I was assigned an inner room without windows.

The location is great - a walking distance from the subway in the heart of Kowloon. The rooms are pretty small (7-10 square meters). Overall the stay was nice but we’ve seen cockroaches in our room multiple times
