Lower unit of a 1950 home. Unit being remodeled, updated pics to follow but listed for those travel health care providers or others needing a temporary place while working in Yakima. Very large front room, with 65” TV with WiFi streaming. Front room also has a full memory foam mattress. One bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with vanity. Just off the kitchen there is a washer/dryer, hot water heater. You enter home through the single care garage. Room to park max 2 cars off street. No steps into home for those with more limited mobility but doors are not ADA width. Central heat and air conditioning, temp is set in upper level and set to keep both units comfortable with extra space heater/fans as needed. The kitchen window unfortunately goes into garage space.. The unit is pet friendly but doesn’t have a fenced yard for pets. The park is close by short walk less than .4 miles.
