Both levels have a functioning kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There are stackable washer and dryers on both levels. Tables and chairs on both upper and lower levels with a lovely deck on upper level and outside patio on lower level. Upper and lower levels can be closed off from one another. Living and dining areas on both levels share central space with views of the outdoors. There is an outdoor shower as well, for getting the sand off after beach visits.Beach chairs and towels available on premises. Room for 3 vehicles out front. Plenty of room for a boat or RV. Route A1A splits the Island longitudinally (north and south) providing a convenient, scenic route to Vero Beach to the south and Melbourne to the north. We offer a great value in the much sought after & charming "Old Florida" neighborhood of Summerplace. Our vacation home is just a short five minutes walk to an unspoiled private beach. There are two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Outdoor stairs lead up to the “tree” house that is surrounded by mature trees and lush foliage. Lots of privacy. Upgraded recently with new smart TV, new leather sofa and loveseat as well as new ADA Extra Tall toilets in both bathrooms. The open floor plan living area opens to the fully supplied kitchen (with a microwave/convection oven) and dining area. There is a large screened porch and another enclosed sitting area. You will have access to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, a wagon to cart your beach stuff and fishing gear, TV and Wi-Fi (high speed internet).
