The second floor has another full bath and two large bedrooms, each with its own thermostats. One bedroom includes a king bed, and a convertible couch that folds out to a twin bed. All bedding, linens, and towels are provided.The basement is finished, air-conditioned, and has a sitting area with a large SMART TV, and an extra refrigerator. Off the dining room, step out to the sunny patio with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. There is also a new shed to keep any bikes, or items you may want to lock up outside.
