Lower level: 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, mini-kitchen with sink, microwave, dishwasher, wet bar, two family rooms, TV, covered patio with gentle walk down to lake. Rental Fee $1695 plus cleaning/maintenance fee of $150 - weekly rentals only no deposits returned unless notified 60 days in advance of the arrival date.
