The house has 2 King beds but an optional queen air mattress for additional sleepers. The house also has a budding garden started in the back and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a bbq grill and griddle. The apartment is completely separate from the main house, with a private entrance off of the back. Renters have full access to the outdoor amenities including the grill, outdoor dining, and the fire pit. The apartment comes equipped with a ring doorbell in order to ensure that guest have live, realtime support in case there are access problems with the smart lock. The surveillance camera in the doorbell only captures motion in the driveway of the property, and nowhere else.
