Newly remodeled and located on Ocean Front and with 2 private balconies to enjoy the ocean views and the amazing sunsets. 🌅This condo provides you the peace and calm of the ocean, while located in the hottest area in Pacific Beach, with views to the Crystal Pier, and on Garnet Ave where all the trendy restaurants, bars, and boutique shops are located. Enjoy all the best Pacific Beach has to offer while been able to relax and enjoy the breeze and the waves sounds in this ocean front condo. The building offer an Ocean Front terrace with stunning views, and a jacuzzi in the common area.Master bedroom has a king size bed and a working station with a desk and office chair, Second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Living room has a sofa bed. We do also have an extra double size mattress available in the condo.This Ocean Front property provide you a lot of peace and quite while inside the condo, but also all the convenience of all kind of activities within steps from it.
