Have dinner at any one of the amazing restaurants in town, then take a stroll to Penny Lane right across the street. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and dryer located in bathroom. This unit is located on the second floor, guests must be able to walk up stairs. Four Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for any unmetered spot in town are provided, in addition to one parking spot in lot. Linens are not provided. Guests must purchase $79 Vacation Rental damage insurance policy covering $3000 in accidental damage. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.Between May 15th -September 1st 7 night minimum, Saturday-Saturday. Short term stays welcome during shoulder and off season.
