The living room and each bedroom have an independent wall mounted air conditioning unit, allowing for individualized and personnel settings.The living room has a magnificent view of the ocean and has been newly updated with modern furniture, a 75” flat screen TV, Blue Ray/DVD player and Bluetooth stereo speaker. The condo also provides cable and free high speed internet.The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, shaker cabinets, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and is complete with all necessary cooking tools, gadgets, small appliances, and pots and pans for all your cooking needs.The master bedroom has a full en-suite bath, with a king-sized bed. The guest bedroom also has a full en-suite bath with newly purchased king-sized bed (Listing photo has not been updated yet). The bedrooms are separated to provide plenty of privacy.We also have our custom roast Kauai coffee in the kitchen to start your day right. Our listing photos clearly show that the wide ocean views are available from the lanai towards the ocean located in the south, not towards the east where the construction is going on. Although work only takes place during business hours (M-F, 9AM-4PM) and noise may occur during daytime excursion hours, we do not find that the project takes away from the quality of the experience. According to our guests, the construction does not obstruct the ocean view from lanai and bedrooms, and there is no significant noise coming into the condo. This condo has vaulted ceilings and a private lanai overlooking the garden. It provides a comfortable space to call "home" while you’re on Kauai. Unit 441 is a short walk to the beach, Poipu Beach Athletic Club, restaurants, swimming pool, and more! Additional amenities include membership to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, 24 hour security, complementary towels and chairs for the beach and swimming pool, internet access and more. Parking is FREE and is located directly in front of the building making it easy to bring in your luggage or groceries. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed to ensure a good night's rest and a 32" inch SMART TV to stream your favorite movies or television series. The bathroom has a double vanity along with a walk in shower. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided. The living room is complete with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests and a 50" SMART TV. The new A/C unit cools the entire condo but its recommended you close all the louvered windows when running the A/C. Or you can open up the louvered windows and enjoy the cooling Kauai trade winds! The resort offers an on site laundry facility along with community BBQ areas. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am at Outrigger front desk. This is located near the west entrance to the property. Once you are in the property you will take the first road to the right and the front desk is at the bottom of the road. Once at the front desk you will be provided with a door code, towel cards, and internet password. There will be a $35 charge at checkout for stays of 8 to 10 nights which includes new towels, linens, trash service, and vacuum. Stays of 11 to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay which will be paid at check out. If you are checking in after 8 PM you will need to let the Outrigger front desk know. They will email you after hours check in instructions.
