This fee is due at booking.. If you’re a current guest payment is due before accommodations.SAME DAY bookings are welcome if it doesn’t interfere with scheduling!SAME DAY BOOKINGS AFTER 3PM is always considered to be A LATE Check-In on a same day booking! The THIRD guest will be sleeping on a TWIN Daybed mattress. There is a apartment under you with tenants. Guest have FULL PRIVATE access to the SECOND FLOOR unit ONLY!GUEST WILL go upstairs by the mailbox, then another set of stairs to your left which will take you to your PRIVATE UNIT!GUEST PLEASE use the back door for emergencies to AVOID being locked out.NO pets.NO children allowed.NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED inside the unit. PLEASE USE COASTERS FOR DRINKS on all tables. Please Wash and dry pots, pans, utensils and knives to prevent rusting. PLEASE DON'T CLOSE ANY VENTS AC/HEAT temperatures are regulated with tenants downstairs(Please use extra blankets, fan or heater).PLEASE DON'T OPEN any window except for emergencies.
