Let Us Tell You About This Home: The first thing you will notice in this private neighborhood is the amazing landscape with native flowers and mature trees allowing the sun through but providing lots of shade. The second thing is how close you are to Bank Street Beach - just 5 houses away! And across from the home is small shortcut that brings you right out to Main Street Harwich Port for some of the best dining and shopping on the Cape. Park your car in one of the 4 spots at the house and never use it again! As you enter the home the two king bedrooms are to the left - one in front, the other in back. Both are large rooms with plenty of space - the bedroom in back has an extra large closet. **New homeowners for 2025! They are opening up a third bedroom which will incorporate two Twin sized beds and brings the occupancy up to six guests!** You'll enjoy two full bathrooms as well. One with a shower/tub combination. The other has the washer/dryer laundry area and a full bathroom with a shower. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open-concept with seating and flat-screen TV in the living room, a dining table for four and a kitchen with the amenities you are looking for like a dishwasher, microwave and blender for those frozen drinks on the deck! Window A/C units are in each bedroom and one in the living room which cools the home. Make your way into the great room with high ceilings, skylights and ceiling fan. You'll find additional seating for reading beach novels and having snacks before you go out to the deck for libations. Through the sliding glass doors, you will find a large deck with areas of shade and sun for lovers of both! The dining area with an umbrella will be where you have your typical vacation dinner after cooking hotdogs and burgers on the gas grill. There are chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is ideal for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. The backyard is large and has plenty of space for your furry family members, too! You will find beach chairs and a beach cart in the shed out back. There are two parking spots out front and two spots on the side of the house with a path to each area. Just five houses down is the very popular Bank Street Beach ocean side. No waiting for a parking space to open up as this is a short walk for most. On the other end of the street is a shortcut path that brings you right into the parking lot behind Cape Roots and Cranberry Liquors and then right onto Main Street Harwich Port where something is happening all summer long. Let Us Tell You About This Home: As you pull into the driveway of this recently built home, you notice the huge front yard that provides distance and privacy from the road. There is plenty of parking. Approaching the home you make note of the small patio out front with two Adirondack chairs - the perfect spot for early morning coffee as the sun rises. A few steps up and take in the extensive wrap around porch with multiple opportunities for hanging out and outdoor dining as you approach the grand double doors into the home. There is a full dining area to one side and a quaint bistro table to the other. You are greeted by an open, airy living space with high ceilings and minimal decor. The living room is centered around fireplace and the flat screen TV. The kitchen is outfitted with the latest stainless steel appliance and amenities including a dishwasher and a gas stove. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar. There is plenty of counter space and cabinets and storage for small appliances in the walk in pantry. Continue to the dining area with table and chairs for ten. Here you will find the sliders to the backyard entertainment area. Guests will enter the home through the side door next to the enclosed outdoor shower into the kitchen. Here you will find the laundry area with washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a queen bedroom on the first level. Bathroom #1 with a shower is in the hallway as you make your way to the office with two work stations and lots of room to get remote work done before the beach fills up! Go upstairs to the three bedrooms and additional bathrooms on the upper level. The primary bedroom is to the right with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom #2 with a glass enclosed shower and separate soaking tub. There is a large walk-in closet for all your outfit changes. Don't forget the balcony overlooking the front yard and beyond. What a view to start and end each day! Continue on to Bathroom #3 in the hallway with shower and double sinks. Let Us Tell You About This Home: You will enter into the combination kitchen, dining and family room that spans the length of the home and touts vaulted ceilings, natural beams and sky lights - all creating a bright and welcoming feeling. The kitchen occupies the middle of this space, creating a connection with creative meals, clever cocktails and time spent with loved ones. The large center island provides plenty of gathering space along with a sink and wood-style countertop that facilitate preparation. The remaining kitchen counters are topped with an ocean blue hue which whispers a reminder of why you are here. On one side of the kitchen is a sunny nook featuring a farm-style table that seats six. The opposite side of the kitchen is where you find the family room which has a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating for movie nights, game play or watching your favorite team. You can exit this space on both sides as one door leads to access the garage, the driveway and a small deck - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The other side of the room has French-style sliding doors that leads to the large back deck with outdoor living and dining spaces that transition to the private enclave of yard space. There is also a gas grill, a fire pit and an outdoor shower which is a Cape Cod tradition! Just past the family room is a half bathroom with full size, front-loading stackable washer and dryer. A few steps beyond that is the first bedroom which features two bunkbeds with two twin beds each (sleeping four). This space also contains a small lounge/gaming couch and its own door to the back yard. Walking back through the kitchen space, you reach the front of the house, with several small seating areas as well as a vintage desk near the home's original fireplace. The open hall to two more bedrooms as well as bathroom which acts as an ensuite to the King bedroom while also being accessed from the hall so available to those in the neighboring Queen bedroom. The formal living room is past the bedroom hallway before reaching the stairway to the second floor. It is a lovely conversation area consisting of a couch and two chairs. Across from the living room, tucked underneath the stairs and landing above, is the dedicated office space. It has everything you need to work from home, including its location in a quiet corner of the home. Upstairs, on a floor of its own, is the fourth bedroom with a King-size bed, walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom with shower. With lots of seating, a flat screen TV and fireplace with adjacent shelving containing books and games, the space facilitates the memories you will gain during your vacation.
