The sunroom is also 3 season but we provide a space heater for cooler months. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation.*Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
