This custom designed brand new condo is beautifully decorated and includes everything you need for a wonderful stay. Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a full gym. It's ideally located just steps away from several restaurants, coffee shops, bars, local boutiques, and a grocery store. Plus, it's centrally located in between Glacier National Park and Whitefish.DETAILS ABOUT THE CONDO:This spacious condo is 1,080 square feet and has been custom decorated with top-notch features to make you instantly feel at home. Every detail has been thought of to ensure that you have everything you need during your time here, so you can focus on your adventures.There is central air-conditioning and heating throughout the entire unit, as well as strong and stable WiFi. The condo includes two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a King bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with stand up luxury shower, a ceiling fan, alarm clock, hangers, suitcase rack, and sound machine. The secondary bedroom features a Queen bed, full closet, a ceiling fan, alarm clock, hangers, suitcase rack, and sound machine. The bathroom is just steps away with a tub/shower. The entire home is available for your use. Kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry room are all private. You are welcome to use the full gym, located downstairs and shared with other building guests (although never crowded).ABOUT THE HOST:As a dedicated Host and property owner, I'm here for you during your stay, however the level of interaction is up to you. Enjoy in comfort our downtown Columbia Falls condo. Walk to dinner and live music venues. Glacier National Park is a scenic 20 minute drive. Whitefish mountain resort is 30 minutes away. Our Condo is fully furnished with all the amenities of our home including a washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances and a fully functional kitchen. We offer three bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds and flat screen TVs. There are two full size bathrooms one serving the master bedroom ensuite. Need more room? The couch converts to another bed for 2 additional guests. This unit is on the second floor and features a small private patio and reserved off street parking. There is an elevator and two staircases in the building. Our condo is close to it all!THE SPACEThe condo is newly constructed, with beautiful modern-day finishes while keeping the Montana mountain feel. Being on the second level, you will enjoy the gorgeous, sweeping views of the Swan Mountains and Glacier Mountains from every room. Wake up to the picturesque views in the large master suite with a King size bed, desk with a monitor, private on-suite bath, and large walk-in closet. The master suite walks out to the large deck to enjoy your mornings and evenings, taking in the views. The second bedroom also provides amazing views from the queen size bed and a large walk-in closet with the other full bathroom just down the hall.The center of the main living space is the beautiful fireplace, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family or friends. The open layout provides an open view of the luxurious kitchen, fully stocked with dishes and utensils, perfect for preparing meals. In addition, there is a large breakfast bar off the kitchen and dining area leading out to the large deck. Enjoy the coffee and creamer, which is provided, and anything in the fridge or cupboards.
