The back yard was just fenced in for your furry friends. Along with free wifi, the house is hardwired for internet (3 rooms have wall jacks). The smart thermostat is a breeze to set manually OR use your phone.The interior was designed around creature comforts. The living room offers powered leather recliners for 3 and a 55" TV. The dining room seats 6. The kitchen is huge! The main level bedroom has a memory foam queen, office space, remote fan, TV and opens to a full bath with soaker tub. The vaulted master suite has king bed, 43" TV, work space, stackable w/d, dual vanity & rain shower. But the coolest space is the loft at the top of the stairs. It's complete with 2 twin beds, bean bag chairs & TV. Kids dig it!
