This 2,800 sqft property consists of 3 oversized bedrooms and 3 baths, making it ideal for families, couples trips, remote/nomadic workers.Staying at the Regeneration Lodge, you will be surrounded by living plants, antique furniture, and plenty of locally-sourced goods. This hub in Cañon City is the ideal place for those looking for something walkable to everything—Main Street, Veteran's Park, the Royal Gorge ExpressFor summer travelers who care: The house runs on a swamp cooler and window A/C system. We have fans and with windows opened in afternoon/evening the temperature is managed just fine. Swamp coolers are the common standard for energy efficiency/effectiveness of a cooling system in such a deserty area.
