This pleasantly decorated home offers a fitted kitchen with a designated coffee/tea area, and complimentary snacks. 3 comfortable beds including 1 king and 2 queens. A laundry room. A huge backyard with an outdoor grill, tv, sectional and table that's perfect to lounge and eat. This corner lot home is located in a nice neighborhood close to the interstate and downtown. *Guests Access: The entire home and backyard except the garage.**Pet Fee: $100 per stay**We kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:1. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per stay 2. Pets must be potty trained 3. Guests are responsible for clean-up inside and outside the property (waste bags can be found inside white container on top of patio table)4. No pets on furniture (including sofa and beds)5.
