Including: shower, bidet, bathtub, hair dryer, and iron/steamer. This is a 2 story house with 2 access points. Main entrance is upstairs and a studio downstairs. There is a set of stairs inside the house and one set of stairs out on the porch. Only a few minutes from the lake, near sandy beaches. The Forks Resort, 7 minutes from The Pines Village, Pines Resort, Ducey's on the Lake and The Bass Lake Marina and Water-sports (boat rentals, slips + much more) and The Marina Bar & Grill (open in the summer). The house is only 30 a min drive to the entrance of Yosemite National Park and the beautiful Mariposa Grove, 1 hour to the Yosemite Valley. Whether you're looking to relax on the shore, delve into exciting water sports, or explore the picturesque hiking trails, our home is the perfect place for creating unforgettable memories with family and friends.We are a pet-friendly property, but all pet stays must be approved in advance.
