Very Good
JJewelmatrixService was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, there was a stench whenever I flush the toilet. There was a power outage on the day of checkout. Thankfully, I have already packed our luggage. Staff was apologetic and explained that power failure was uncommon and for that day, it happened to occur to the whole stretch of buildings along that area. Though hotel was just next to the sea, I hardly see anyone swimming there.

GGuest UserDuring the Spring Festival, 5 tickets per night is considered cheap in the vicinity. It can be regarded as an average B&B. The air conditioning is sufficient. It should be an upgraded terrace room. The staff speaks good English. The front desk lady is very friendly. There is an extra child and only 5 dollars for the environmental protection fee. It is cheaper to take a taxi by yourself. The 7-person car from the airport is 15 dollars. There is no elevator under installation, but Xiaohei brother helps with luggage. There is only one staff member on duty for breakfast. It is touching to see him go out to buy a bag and come back to cook it. The child broke a water cup and didn't charge us. We were embarrassed to leave a tip on the table. It is really close to the beach, which is 1 minute walk away. Many people went there after breakfast in the morning. It is no problem to stay overnight. There are more than a dozen people staying at night, all of whom are domestic evening flights.

The problem was that the shower water temperature was not stable and there was no hook for the shower head, so I couldn't wash my head with both hands. The hot water sometimes came out and sometimes didn't depending on the timing. It would be helpful if they provided a service such as an adapter for overseas electrical plugs. The biggest problem was the attitude of the staff! Very bad. There was no support for carrying luggage, and when I asked, they just ran away. The man at the front desk did not think that his job was to serve customers. Communication would have gone well if he had explained things slowly and calmly, but he got angry and confrontational, his language was rough, and it was extremely unpleasant. It is very important to improve for your sake. I think they should receive hospitality training.
