It is perfectly suited for two and be renovated in 2018.The apartment:The apartment is located on the second floor under a sloping roof in an old winding house.The bright mini-loft includes a 180cm double bed, a dining area, a kitchenette and a balcony. The private bathroom is located right next to the loft and is accessible via the corridor. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with induction hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, glasses, pots and towels. From the private south-east balcony has a magnificent view of the neighboring Isar and the Karwendelgebirge.The car can be parked in a (public) street bay directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked roofed.The holiday flat is located in the third floor under a sloping roof in a charming old house. The light mini-loft is equipped with a 180cm bed, a dining area, a pantry and a balcony. The private bathroom is located next door to the loft and accessible via the hallway. We provide bedclothes and towels.The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, dishes, cups, pots and towels. From the private south-east orientated balcony you have a great view onto the nearby Isar river and mount Karwendel. The car can be parked in a public bay directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked in a carport.Additional:Please ask us before booking in case you need a cot and children chairs. We are pleased to provide these, but they have limited availability. Washing machine and iron are available on request. Should something ever be missing, you are welcome to contact us at any time. It was renovated from scratch and equipped with valuable materials in a modern, tastefully equipped with the latest technology. Floors: planks, oiled oak, bathroom: tiles, walk-in rain shower, tasteful, practical countertop washbasin with base cabinet for bathroom accessories, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, toilet. All-round ceiling ledges with built-in spotlights, in the living room with stereo speakers. From the beds, the entire bedroom can be switched off using a switch to prevent electrosmog. All walls, some of them in the bathroom, were covered with breathable lime plaster with silicate paint.
