It was a very nice guest house, newly completed with high technology amenities. Every room is unique. The surroundings are also nice and it is very close to the Changbaishan national Park entrance. The owner is very friendly and helpful with all aspects of touring Changbaishan and nearby places. It was very unfortunate that during the first night, there was no water supply, due to water repair work in the vicinity. But then a pipe at the site burst the following day and we have no choice but to leave. This was not the fault of the premise. Otherwise it is a very good place to stay.

I stayed with my girlfriend. After entering the homestay, there were first two rows of space capsules. Some space capsules had a large space with two floors. The big bed room we stayed in was only on the upper floor, but in a row with a better view. Entering the space capsule, the balcony is outside, the space is still relatively abundant, the winter stay is too cold, we did not stay outside the room, the summer balcony should be very comfortable. The heating and air conditioning in the room are quite dry. Although the bathroom and bathroom are not very atmospheric, they can definitely be expanded comfortably, just enough. In terms of hygiene, bath towels and disposable bath towels are provided. The sheets and quilts are at least clean to the naked eye and touch. The service is still very good, we went to the folk garden and the folk driver sent us there. We also saw two cats outside, very cute, it was too cold and worried about whether they could survive this winter. Overall, the experience is still very good

The boss is humorous and cheerful but also has emotional kindness. The boss is beautiful, gentle and considerate. This trip to Heiji and Liao, because I like to be quiet and don’t do anything, I thought it would be an ordinary trip, but luckily I met the boss and his wife and became friends. The boss and his wife said that the original intention of opening the B&B was also to meet all kinds of travelers and to hear each traveler’s story. Taxis are hard to find during the peak summer season in Changbai Mountain! We later stayed there A B&B doesn’t care about helping find a taxi! The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!
