My housekeeper needs the parking pass after you check out so please leave it for her.ABOUT MY CONDO: My condo is a studio condo - like a hotel room with a full kitchen. It is garden level so 6 steps down and it comes with free parking for one car in a gated parking lot located just outside the condo! There is a closet in the entry with several options for hanging or folding clothes and storing shoes. An iron and ironing board can also be found there, along with a bin of clean "Rag Towels" and a humidifier. There is also a Queen Sized bed, futon, 5 drawer dresser, and a luggage rack. The bathroom was remodeled around 2010. It is a full 3 piece bath with sink, toilet and tub with shower. It is stocked with hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls, 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 face clothes. The hair dryer can be found under the sink and toilet paper is also provided.Stretch your legs out on the Queen sized bed (new in 2016) or the futon. I provide a 40' flat screen Smart TV with the standard You Tube TV, Netflix, Prime, Pandora, and so much more. Dining is at the bar in the kitchen. My kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove top, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. It is also stocked with dishes and coffee cups that are a service for 8. Wine glasses, silverware, towels, pot holders, paper towels, cooking utensils, knives, toaster, blender, crock pot and Gotham Steele pots and pans. The coffee machine is auto drip coffee maker takes round filters. It is a standard 8 cup auto drip coffee maker and again takes round paper filters.The complex is quiet and respectful; you won't be kept awake late at night with the sound of bands or street noise. The view is toward the courtyard. A laundry room is located right next door with full sized washers and dryers. (coin operated but also digitally operated by downloading the app). Separated by cinder block walls so there is no noise from the laundry room, only the convenience.If you want to bring a dog, I do allow for one dog. No cats please, I am allergic. If you are a conscientious owner and don't let your dog bother others with loud and constant barking & you don't let your dog sleep in the bed or chew things up, I say 'Welcome'. I have never had a problem from a dog or dog owner in all the years of renting this condo. Please tell me if you are bringing a dog. Remember, this condo is a studio and I only allow one dog at a time. If it's raining and you need an umbrella, I leave one in the closet. If you borrow it, be sure you return it. It is easy to accidentally leave it in a restaurant - but then it won't be there for the next person that needs it. Thank you.I have much pride in my condo and since I live here in Vail I do frequent walk through and quality checks. I try to do so after every check out but that is not always possible. If you notice any burnt out bulbs, or things that need repair, don't hesitate to text me and let me know. My housekeeper has been with me for a long time and does a terrific job. If you are not satisfied with her work, please notify me. I try to keep things fresh in the condo, pillows, towels, linens, rugs, etc. are frequently replaced and upgraded. If you notice anything that needs my attention, again, please let me know. As you know, parking in Vail is difficult. My All Seasons Condo has a gated parking lot and the rental comes with FREE parking for one car between the hours of check in and check out. If you want a clean condo then respect that my housekeeper needs the parking pass between departure and the next arrival. The sliding glass doors off the dining room open to a small balcony with mountain views.BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMSThe condo has a large, master bedroom, and a larger second bedroom. Each bedroom has a new 43” Smart TV and a large closet with custom shelving. There are two full bathrooms, one with a tub/shower, and a second bathroom with a shower.The private, spacious master bedroom features a queen sleigh bed with a pillow top mattress and new down comforter, and a dresser and large closet. The second bedroom has three comfortable beds purchased from Restoration Hardware in 2021: two queen beds and one loft twin bed, as well as a large closet with custom shelving. The twin loft bed over the queen is a separate structure from the queen bed below it, so you will not feel movement from the top or bottom bed. All the mattresses, pillows, down comforters, duvet covers and blankets in the condo were purchased in 2021 and are stylish and cozy. The second bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to a small balcony.FAMILY FRIENDLYFor the very little ones, there is a pack and play and a sheet for the mattress, and space to set it up in either bedroom. There are also baby spoons and a baby seat with a tray that attaches to the dining chair. There are a variety of family games, including playing cards, poker chips, Uno, Taboo, Quirkle, Sushi Go, Bye Felicia, Utter Nonsense, Monopoly, and Unstable Unicorns, as well as books and puzzles for all ages.
