After spending a day relaxing at the world famous Siesta Key Beach with quartz-crystal sand as white and soft as powdered sugar, come back home and enjoy the evening relaxing on one of our 3 lanai’s as the boats sail by. As travelers ourselves, we take considerable notice on the cleanliness of any place we stay. For this reason, we take pride and make every effort to assure our guests that they will be very impressed with the cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of our townhome. In addition to the cleaning, we have furnished our unit with very high quality furnishings that you are sure to appreciate. At Bay Oaks, you can enjoy the beautiful pool beyond the courtyard or just relax and enjoy the intercostal view on one of the many benches as boats sail by at the back of the property. If you enjoy tennis, please don't forget to pack your rackets as you can access the courts at the entrance to Bay Oaks. There are also BBQ grills by the bay for your enjoyment.- The main “public access” parking lot is a very short 1-2-minute drive from our unit. You can either take a “free” taxi or the Trolly Service directly from the front of our complex or use your own vehicle. You would simply make a right upon exiting the parking lot at bay Oaks and head north for about 1/3 mile or two traffic lights and the main entrance is on your left side.Beach Access: Walking option- the closest walking access to our unit is “Beach Access 12” which is located 0.7 miles south on Midnight Pass Rd.. It is approximately an 8-10 min walk. If you prefer not to walk, the trolly and taxi service is free on the Island. The trolly runs very often (usually every 10 min.) and stops right next to our complex entrance. A welcome respite awaits you with our freshly renovated kitchen, updated baths, very high quality furnishings, 70" led TV in living room, 46" led tv's in each bedrooms with free wifi and multiple movie channels, 3 furnished patios and luxury linens for all beds. Our condo is a very large unit at nearly 1400 square feet. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and living room has a queen size pull out sofa. The Bay Oaks resort is set amidst lush, tropical foliage on the Intracoastal Waterway, directly across from the Gulf of Mexico and world-famous Crescent/Siesta Beach with its soft, cool, sugar-white sand. Our condo is located in the heart of Siesta Key Village which has numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a grocery store and is only 1 block from the beach! The best of both worlds as everything you need is within walking distance.Property Description - In the main room you have a queen size murphy bed with a built in couch that folds under the bed. With our small space we needed things that could function in multiple roles and will be out of the way when not in use. On either side of the murphy we have lined the wall with drawers, shelves and hanger space for your stay. Opposite the murphy bed is a modular couch and coffee table. A wall mounted 40" LED LCD TV with YouTubeTV HD service is mounted on an articulating arm and will allow you to watch while seated in the couch or while lying in bed. For temperature control we have a Daikin ductless AC/heat pump with a convenient hand-held remote control with precise temperature control. In the kitchen, there's a GE Speed cook oven which is so much more than just a microwave. You can convect, speedcook, microwave and warm/broil. The 2 drawer fridge and freezer tuck under the quartz countertop and next to that is the combo ventless washer/dryer. Plenty of dishes, cups, pots, pans and a 3 place burner for any sized meal. This unit does not have a dishwasher.In the bathroom we have a full tile shower with a hand-held shower head. A new vanity and cabinet plus a shelf over the shower offer plenty of storage.Outside we have a patio with chairs, table and umbrella to enjoy a meal or company. Cook your meal in the small charcoal grill that is provided as well. There is an outside shower and hose to spray down after your swim in the ocean and a beach cart along with chairs and other beach essentials for you to use during your stay.Location - Our property is located directly within Siesta Village on the beach side which means you are close to the restaurants and bars yet away from all the traffic on Ocean Blvd. In addition, I feel that we have the best beach on Siesta as we are located South of Big Pass and all of the marine traffic passes directly in front of you while you relax on the beach.
