The unit is decorated in island style with a king size comfortable bed, flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. What’s really nice is at Lido you can park your car and walk (or bike) as everything you need is nearby. It’s not uncommon for our guests to Uber in for the week.Like the outdoors? Lido has parks on the north and south end and the kayak park is two blocks away. The beach is a block away and we provide beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Hungry? It’s a 5 minute walk to famous St. Armand’s Circle with 15+ restaurants and upscale boutique shopping. Our favorite spots are at Tommy Bahamas restaurant watching the crowds go by while sipping a martini or on the patio at the Columbia with a pitcher of cava sangria made table side.Night on the town? Enjoy beautiful downtown Sarasota’s fine dining, theater, opera, ballet, art galleries, antique shops, and museums or just pass the time while strolling the shops of downtown Sarasota. Location! Location! Location! Sea Shell Condos Unit #105 is in the BEST spot on Siesta Key. It's just steps to the cool white sands of the nation's #1 beach. Across the street are restaurants, bars, ice cream and coffee shops, and even a grocery store! This is one of the few areas where you could spend an entire vacation and never need a car. We have stayed at the Sea Shell for more than 30 years and we provide our guests with amenities we wish we had available back in the day. That includes beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach towels, and a wheeled cooler. Less packing and no need to purchase those items after you arrive saves money and time. Our recently painted and redecorated condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a King bed in the master, 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen pull-out couch in the living room to comfortably sleep 6. Both bedrooms feature an en suite bath. The dining table seats 6 and there are additional seats at the breakfast bar. We do not have a beach view, but that allows us to rent at a slightly lower price point than the front units. The spaceOur unit, #105, features easy access to the elevator and pool. Access the private beach with your gate code and enjoy the soft sand, gentle waves, and beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants within walking distance include Captain Curt's (famous clam chowder), Sniki Tiki (music every night), Anna's Deli (awesome sandwiches), Toasted Mango Café for breakfast, Clayton's, Daquiri Deck, Spearfish Grille, and more. There are ice cream, coffee shops, and mini donuts as well. There's even a grocery store with an awesome premade food selection. A free trolley takes you to Siesta Key Village for even more shops, restaurants, and bars. Relax in paradise at the Sea Shell Condominiums. This beautiful two bedroom condominium is located just steps from the world famous Siesta Key Beach. That means there are no roads to cross to access our private gated beach.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a drip and keurig coffee maker. There is a full array of cooking utensils (pot and pans, mixing bowls, etc.) in addition to a slow cooker and an indoor/outdoor electric grill.There is a 65 inch smart TV in the living room. The master has a 45 inch HDTV and the second bedroom has a 37 inch HDTV. Wifi is free throughout. Plantation shutters are installed on all windows and the sliding door in the master. The dining room table seats six and the couch, love seat and reclining chair are perfect for relaxing and/or watching TV. Or you can enjoy the cool gulf breezes on your private lanai.The Sea Shell Condonminium beachfront complex is one of the most convenient locations on Siesta Key. Directly across the street you have a multitude of shopping, dining and sightseeing experiences. Sea Shell feature a large heated pool with a spacious pool deck. We provide beach towels for our guests along with upright and lounge chairs on the beach. Beach umbrellas and canopies are available for rent on the beach directly behind Sea Shell. You can also enjoy our new tiki hut to relax during the day and/or have lunch or dinner on one of our picnic tables. Two gas grills are available to enjoy a memorable cookout on the beach.
