49 km to the northeast from Joensuu, lake Pielinen 35 m (871,2 km²), shallow natural sand bottom, own beach, own boat. Log cabin in one floor, built in 2001, living room, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 2 beds, plus 1 foldable extra bed, electric sauna. Terrace. Separate wood-heated sauna with washroom, dressing room and fireplace room on the beach. There are electricity and water pipe in the sauna. Fridge, electric stove and spreadable sofa in the fireplace room. There are spreadable sofa also in the dressing room. The lakeside sauna can be used from May to Aug Log cabin by the lake Pielinen in Ahveninen area in Eno. Shallow child-friendly natural sand beach. Good fishing opportunities. You can ask fishnets from the owner, as well as fishing rods. The outboard motor can also be rented, ask from the owner. Good terrains for picking berries nearby, the owner has 16 ha plot. The nearest neighboring building is about 35 m away, used quite rarely. The next neighbor is approx. 80 m away. Uimaharju 7 km, Eno 17 km, Kontiolahti Biathlon Stadium 39 km, Ski trails in Uimaharju 6 km. Distance to the Koli ski slopes along the side roads is 31 km, along the main road distance is 51 km. A hot tub can be reserved for an additional fee, which can be reserved directly from the owner. Distance to the neihgbor cottage 100 m, distance between piers 50 m. Recreation area PÄRNÄVAARA 14 km. Possibility for horse riding 8 km.

55 km north of Joensuu. Lake Höytiäinen 20 m (length 50 km, breadth 10 km), shallow water, firm sandy bottom with some rocks and clay. Own boat. Wooden cabin 1992, surfaces renovated 2013, kitchenette, living room with convertible sofa, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, dressing room, washroom, sauna, open veranda. Traditional cottage on a sunny and peaceful grounds. A spacious lawn plot. Bicycles and outboard motor for rent. Bath tub for a baby is available and the owner will bring a cot, high chair and a potty on request. KOLI ski resort 40 km. Juuka 33 km (stone village), Outokumpu 43 km (old mining museum) and Huhmari 30 km (spa). The electric car may not be charges from the sockets of the cottage. For an additional fee, the electric car can be charged at the owner's home (approx 2 km) from a power plug. The owner will charge a deposit payment of 200 euros in cash on the spot at least during Midsummer and New Year. According to our booking conditions the payment can be charged always. The payment will be returned on check-out day when everything in the cottage and surroundings is ok.

55 north of Joensuu, in Kopravaara log cottage 2016 by little lake Kenkälampi 30 m, pier, own boat (no swimming possibility). In the cottage kitchen, living room, one bedroom with double bed, sleeping gallery with 2 thick mattresses, washroom, sauna (woodheated), terrace. Cosy log cottage in the peaceful area by little pond Kenkälampi in Kopravaara. Own shore with mud bottom. Pond is not suitable for swimming, but you can sit on the pier and use rowing boat. There is a electric grill. Water in the tap has been examined in the spring of 2023 and it is drinkable. The nearest neighbour is an uninhabited house 100 m from the cottage. There is 200 m to the nearest inhabited house. To the illuminated skiing track 2 km, to Ukko-Koli slopes 13 km. Car heating socket on the terrace. Heating requires a long wire or a extension cord.
