La casa è raggiungibile in due modi: 1) In auto da Kaltenbach (4 km) lungo una stradina di montagna fino alla casa dei proprietari vicino alla stazione intermedia. Da lì, un sentiero in salita e una pista di trasporto conducono alla casa (circa 900 m). 2) Prendere la funivia Hochzillertal fino alla stazione a monte (orario di apertura dalle 8:30 alle 16:30). Da lì, una pista da sci lunga 3 km, preparata e innevata (adatta a sciatori esperti) conduce fino alla casa.
