We booked via trip.com as a family of 3 which was also mentioned on the booking confirmation. Upon arrival we got a room with 1 bed and I had to upgrade to a room 50% more expensive. No discussion was possible about it,.
Location: very good, ＜5 minutes walking from the beach.
Hygiene: floor was extremely sticky and windows so dirty one can hardly see through.
Breakfast was included in the price, which is nice, but do not expect much, expect for a nicely decorated outside breakfast area.
Service fee for 2 nights is 40$ , this is not transparent when you book on trip.com

So bad!! They charged me a pre authorization fee and wouldn’t let me pay over the phone for my manager that I needed to have stay there! They are a bunch of crooks!

Me cobraron 39 dólares de estacionamiento por día. No estaba aclarado en la reserva. En la publicidad decía estacionamiento en el inmueble. En ningún lugar decía con Cargo

I booked a completely different room/building than what I was given. The room I was supposed to have had a full kitchen. This had a dorm fridge and an old microwave on top of it. Tiny bathroom and curtains didn’t even cover the entire window, so if you like darkness at night and in the morning you won’t get it here. Check in took over an hour and they had no parking available (which I was supposed to get) and told us to park in a garage a few blocks over and pay there at $4 an hour.
This is on top of other issues I had with this booking but the bottom line is I got a bait and switch off ******* and was not happy. It was too late to cancel by the time we finally got the room and I knew there wouldn’t be anything else Memorial Day weekend.

I’ve stayed for 3 night traveling solo.
The guests on the next room were loud, being outside of the room. The location is very convenient but need a lot improvement.

The door wouldn’t unlock at the first room I was given. Had to go back and request a different room. I stayed because I didn’t insured my trip so didn’t want to loose my investment. Would not recommend this area
