On my beds, ALWAYS fresh pressed 100% cotton sheets and quilts, (always a fresh quilt with every single new guest), Goose Down Pillows ( no foam), Plenty of plush cotton towels, big beach towels, even blankets for those cozy evenings. DOWNSTAIRS is your open concept living space with a perfect size Chefs Kitchen with full size stainless appliances and everything you need to prepare breakfast and small meals. Even a fully stocked pantry with spices and basic needs. PRIME LOCATION in the heart of the broadwalk. It is right between Margaritaville and the Marriott. each are a 5 min. walk. DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS. No High Rise, No streets to cross, No hallways, No elevators, No long walks to get to the beach. This private guesthouse is as close as you can get, to the beach and it comes with with your own private closet (not shared), filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, football, frisbee, noodles, and more. The guesthouse also comes with an OUTSIDE HOT AND COLD SHOWER to rinse , bath, or wash your hair (shampoo & soap provided). Added safety features include an external camera facing your parking spot, as well as a video doorbell so you can easily see who's at your door by viewing the panel inside the home.
