Hotel E Caballeriza

Hotel abbastanza centrale a pochi metri dal parco de los flores. Buona struttura con camera grande e confortevole anche se un pò rumorosa in quanto sulla strada. Nel bagno non c'era nessun tipo di sapone e la colazione era scarsa, non consono soprattutto per un hotel a 4 stelle. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.

It is my second visit to the Caballeriza by Mystique Hotel in Holguín and it is difficult to compare them because on both occasions they made me feel 100% like family, thanks to the entire team and special thanks to Leydi,/Yanelis,/Rolando,/Yaremis /Laura / Ariel, I hope look at them when I return in April

Hotel Caballerizas is great, it's in the heart of Holguin and is very 'colonial', and it's like stepping back in time, with its high ceilings, historic paintings, chandeliers. The staff is friendly, the rooms comfortable and the food good. The mattress was quite firm, the shower was powerful. Cuba is a magical, unique and welcoming country and I would happily go back tomorrow and 100% stay at Hotel Caballerizas again. Tip: PLEASE take a few things with you, clothes, medicines, hats, toiletries, glasses, old mobile phones, etc (look online for a more complete list) - the staff can always use them or ask if there is a church you can take them to. . Also leave some tips - Euros or dollars are fine as I believe Cubans can deposit them or local pesos. Make sure your credit card works in Cuba.

The coffee in the hotel was excellent. The staffs services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much! Will be back.............................
