The hotel is really beautiful and comfortable. The staff are professional and very kind. I stayed 6 nights and I loved the room, very clean, comfortable, beautiful views and the food was great like the breakfast. I truly recommend it. It was a good experience!!!

The service was very good and the atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. The service was always very good and I really wanted to come back again because of how I felt there. The food was of excellent quality and had a very peculiar and pleasant taste. Everything was really very good.

Mystique Saratoga is the best hotel in Holguin city. I 've been there many times. Each time I enjoyed my stay. The personal in the bar are very helpful and polite. The receptionists are very friendly and professional. I love this place!!! I hope to come back soon.

Recently I stayed at Mystique Saratoga Hotel. In my opinion is the best hotel in Holguin city. Situated in the heart of the city. The staff went above and beyond to help. My room was spotless. Each morning, I enjoyed a delightful breakfas. I highly recommend it.

Great service from the time you step in this wonderful place. Staff really kind and focused on giving you quality time. I really love this place. This hotel together with Caballeriza, have become my houses in Cuba. I would recommend them without hesitation, can’t wait to go back!!

I really enjoy my visit to the Saratoga Hotel. It's a very nice hotel, the staff are very helpful. The Public Relation lady was very helpful and professional. Saratoga hotel, a place to visit ! I really recommend it!!! Congratulations for all the staff!!! Best hotel in the city.

Excellent attention! The best of all? The nicest girl at the reception, wonderful and professional. Everything is clean and nice. I would definitely return every time, hopefully soon, and sure, I recommend this hotel for the amazing people that work there and the tasty/well prepared food.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service from a very friendly staff. The food was excellent created by the Executive Chef, Jorge Cordova and delicious pastries from the Pastry Chef Fransico. Rooms are stunning and the location is stellar. Hotel has backup power so even blackouts are a minimal inconvenience. The beer however, is always cold. Best hotel in Holguin City.
