Hotel Saratoga

Stayed there during a bike trip in Cuba with some friends. Excellent Hotel. Very accommodating with or bikes. The staff made check in very easy and they were helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the bar makes great coffee and Mojitos

Historic, authentic, picturesque and elegant hotel. Beautiful lobby, lobby bar, great hospitality, service, food, and drinks. My husband, mother, and I just sat down in the lobby for excellent and refreshing “lime Bellini” cocktails (reminiscent of a lime mojito) and a delicious cheese platter, we were not overnight guests but we were warmly welcomed as such. The drinks and food were very reasonably priced given the high quality of ingredients (generous pour, ice, fresh mint, fresh limes, sugar). We made sure to leave a generous tip, they were not expecting tips and appreciated it. We came here as a stop on the Sunwing Farewell Bus Tour to Holguín. We knew it would be a great spot as our expert tour guy enjoyed himself at the lobby bar while he waited for us tourists to explore the city.

The hotel is really beautiful and comfortable. The staff are professional and very kind. I stayed 6 nights and I loved the room, very clean, comfortable, beautiful views and the food was great like the breakfast. I truly recommend it. It was a good experience!!!

The service was very good and the atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. The service was always very good and I really wanted to come back again because of how I felt there. The food was of excellent quality and had a very peculiar and pleasant taste. Everything was really very good.

Recently I stayed at Mystique Saratoga Hotel. In my opinion is the best hotel in Holguin city. Situated in the heart of the city. The staff went above and beyond to help. My room was spotless. Each morning, I enjoyed a delightful breakfas. I highly recommend it.

Great service from the time you step in this wonderful place. Staff really kind and focused on giving you quality time. I really love this place. This hotel together with Caballeriza, have become my houses in Cuba. I would recommend them without hesitation, can’t wait to go back!!
