Taking a taxi is a bit difficult during peak hours, and there is not much to visit around. Musty smell in the room: The side facing the small garden is probably the north side. Regardless of the floor, there is a strong musty smell. I am personally more sensitive and can't stand it. The other side is fine, but there is a family outside that raises a lot of chickens. Ducks and dogs are very noisy. . . But maybe many hotels in Vietnam still have electric water heaters, so you should pay attention to this.

I this was last minute booking, the hotel is fantastic with large rooms, great showers and fantastic owners, I had the privilege to join in on Karaoke, (the whole family is very musical). Location is tucked away and quiet but still only a 5 min walk to town.

I recently had a stay at the company's private villa and am very satisfied with the service. The villa is clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located on a main road near Hoi An Ancient Town. The service quality is excellent: the staff is enthusiastic, attentive, and ready to assist guests in any situation. The rental price for the entire villa is more affordable compared to other accommodation options. However, it's worth noting that the rental price for the entire villa is usually higher than other types of accommodations.

But the old city a taxi ride costs about $ 2. As for me, it is better to live a little further from the center, it is quieter and there are no crowds of tourists)

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was so chill & relax here at this beautiful Villa. The receptionist welcomed us at the entrance gate, she is so friendly & able to communicate in English. Breakfast was great too. We were here for 3 days & it was raining everyday - not able to enjoy their swimming pool. If you don't mind the location is far from the old town (~3km+ / 55k-66k for Grab) this will be a nice place to stay.
