I highly recommend this place because the grandparents are very kind. The location is a little far from the Old Town, but you can rent a bicycle or motorbike, so it's not a problem. I highly recommend staying here ☺️

I stayed in this place for 3 days. I really enjoyed the room, river view and very friendly family who keep this homestay, but the only thing is the sound of the road near by, night time it's quiet, but day time many bikes are passing by the road near house, and it make a lot of sound. Anyway it's beautiful place and if you stay for few days and go for a walk to town in daytime you will enjoy staying here. Thank you!

This is a very cozy B&B. The boss and his wife are a magical couple. The boss is a great guitar singer. If you have the chance, you must listen to the boss playing and singing.
What are the facilities at the B&B? I feel very good. The basics are lacking. Except for the facilities that are better than those of star-rated hotels, other than that, I feel everything is very good.

It's a 15-minute walk from the central tourist area of Hoi An.
It's convenient to use a motorbike taxi.
You'll enter a landscape that feels like you're on a remote island or in the countryside.
It's fun in itself. There are few shops, so it's inconvenient. There is a general store at the location of the map in the photo, where you can buy drinks and snacks.
It seems to be run by an elderly couple, and I think there are about 10 rooms in total.
They don't even understand simple English, so the host will provide you with a translation app.
The room is clean compared to Vietnamese standards.
There is a refrigerator/minibar in the room, and you can drink beer and juice for a standard price. It's helpful because there are no convenience stores nearby.
It seems that the main road in front of the building is in front of the area, so there is some vehicle noise.
