The pool is spacious. The TV in the room is big.
Renaissance has a wide variety of breakfast options, and it's nice that it's open until 11am.
The staff are all very nice.
On the negative side,
the shower in the room didn't drain well, so water pooled at the bottom.
There is a free shuttle bus to Hoi An, but if you don't book early, it will be full at the best times.
The area around the hotel is quiet. There is nothing nearby. There is a mart and one restaurant in front of the hotel. The mart had a limited selection and the prices were exorbitant.
Grab taxi and grab food are available.
There are many guests with children, so it may not be suitable for couples who want to relax.

A large, quiet hotel, a little out of the way, 4 km from Hoi An, on the beachfront, with a beautiful, wide, long pool, well-equipped with deckchairs. All the staff are welcoming, kind, helpful, and cheerful.
The rooms are large, clean, with good bedding and good soundproofing, which is very important in Vietnam where everything is constantly under construction.
A free shuttle to the city center is offered every hour until 9 p.m. Jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam are included in the price, and spa services are available at an additional cost.
Breakfast is plentiful and excellent, overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy a 360-degree view.
Gardens and coconut trees surround the complex.
The dinners are also fine and high-quality, or with a Grab, which is inexpensive, you can easily eat at various prices.

Beautiful resort, includes a kids room, ping pong. Breakfast is very good. Restaurant is good but a bit pricy. Junior suite well adapted for families.
