Eden Hoi An Villas

My husband and I stayed here for a few days. We loved the location by the rice fields. We borrowed a couple of bikes from them at no extra charge to explore the rice fields. The staff are absolutely wonderful and kind. We loved the personal experience that you don't get at larger hotels. It definitely feels like you are in the country but we were still able to walk to a lot of places such as Ancient Town. You can hear roosters early in the morning. The one down side is that we found the beds really hard. Overall though we enjoyed our experience. Thank you Chau and Luna for making our stay extra special. It was wonderful meeting you both.

The quality here is very good. Rooms are clean. Enthusiastic, friendly, cheerful staff. Thank you for giving us a good place to think during our trip. Will visit in the near future. Thank you very much.

There are a lot of Exceptional reviews on Tripadvisor for this property. However, the reality is that it is a very average property! Everything in the room is of just average quality, expect a few things to not work. Example- the toilet jet was leaking in our room, the other room had no stand for the jet, soit had to lie on the floor. Bathing area with the bathtub is difficult to use (height of the bathtub is quite high). Made it very inconvenient to get in and out. Cleanliness is just ok, there was dust on a lot of things when we checked in. There is no phone in the room, you need to contact the guy at the reception via whatsapp. Service and his response was very quick though. The breakfast was tasty, and well made. The location of the Villa is good, it is only around 1.4 km from the old town. They give free cycles like all the other hotels in hoi an, the quality of the cycles again was just average. The hotel is surrounded by rice fields, which is good. All in all, remember it is an average hotel, so you can stay here if you are on a tight budget, else there are much better properties in this price in Hoi an.

Absolutely lovely hotel next to the paddy fields where we were able to use the free bikes offered to us to ride around the scenic area. Minh was very welcoming and always ready to give suggestions. Not only was his repose time very quick but he always made sure to make us feel welcome. The other staffs in the hotel were equally helpful. I did very much appreciate the fan and AC in the room to help beat the heat and the balcony was an amazing spot to sit during night and enjoy the cool breeze. This hotel came with breakfast which was delicious! It’s a very affordable hotel which comes with free breakfast and I would definitely recommend.

We booked 25-31 dec 22. We were in touch with the hotel reception Minh by WhatsApp prior to our arrival. When we arrived, in the hotel airport pickup, there was no one to greet us. Minh then arrived and greeted us before telling us that *********** had booked us in when there was no vacancies. When we came down later that day again there was no one At reception although the tv was on volume 90! We stayed one night and then decided to move to a neatly hotel, Lavini villa as they could book us the days we needed. It turns out the hotel was block booked for a new year party but no one told us prior to our visit. No personal service or interest. Lavini is next door and is the complete opposite. Thao couldn’t do enough for us.
