The staff were friendly. The bedding was a bit damp, but I think it was because the weather was cool and they didn't turn on the air conditioner. The pool was large and clean, which was nice. I didn't have any problems with bugs. However, the bathroom facilities were a bit old, so it was difficult to control the water temperature. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The village was also very well designed and had a natural and relaxing feel. Receptionist Hien was outstanding and did her best to make sure we had a good time both at the village and also throughout the rest of Hoi An. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and has a pleasant lemongrass scent, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, it gets very noisy in the morning.
