To riverside is out of the way by walking but bicycle around is fun. breakfast limited food. Ask for extra water not possible on room service.

Хороший и чистый отель. В отдалении от шума, до набережной идти 15-20 минут пешком. Просторные номера, завтрак по системе шведский стол. В отеле предоставляют бесплатно велосипеды.

직원분들 너무 친절하고 좋습니다. (밤에는 리셉션에 영어/한국어가 어려울수있으니 참고하세요) 특히 수영장이 건물 가운데 위치해 오전, 오후 모두 햇빛 걱정없이 즐겁게 놀 수 있어 좋습니다. 마사지도 저렴한 가격에 훌륭한 서비스를 받으실 수 있습니다. 조식은 구성은 평범하지만 맛도 괜찮고 신선하고 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 올드타운까지 거리가 조금 애매하긴한데 근처에 높은 건물이 없어 마을뷰는 좋고 시설도 넓고 청결합니다. 총평 호텔 너무 좋습니다. 직원 친절하고 깨끗하고 수영장 좋습니다. 다만, 올드타운까지 거리가 조금 멀고, 늦은 시간 근처 편의점이 없어 이용이 어렵습니다.

호이안 야시장이랑 가까운 거리로 가성비 좋은 숙소로 예약했어요. 거리는 한 15분정도? 추천합니다. 한(hanh receptionist)

My wife and I had a lovely time staying at the Golden Pearl hotel. We can honestly and wholeheartedly say that we will always recommend Golden Pearl to anyone who’s planning a trip in Hoi An. Everything was professional and just perfect from the beginning of our stay. There’s nothing to complain about their facilities. Our room was very clean with great view and plenty of amenities. The staff was extremely friendly to us and they always made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Room service was very quick. They gave us a lot of great recommendations to explore the city. The food was amazing! For the price of the package, we got way more that we were hoping for. Even the food delivered to our room was so delicious! We will definitely come back and stay at the Golden Pearl with our families in our next trip back!

This is a great hotel, very cozy and quiet. They give us a free room upgrade and a birthday cake. The staff are very nice, the breakfast is okay and love the cleanliness of the whole place. Special thanks to the one of the staff Jenny. I surely enjoy my birthday here.

The best hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel itself and facilities, restaurant etc are fantastic. The staff are the most amazing, friendly and accommodating l've ever encountered, from the moment you pull into the hotel into the courtyard on arrival. The service they provided was fascinated. The food was extraordinary, breakfast is made to order and we had daily complimentary afternoon tea which was gorgeous. The Pool Suite room was amazing (we got a free upgrade to this room when we got there), room is huge and the nicest bathroom l've ever seen! The bath easily fits two people and Bath salts and bubble bath are provided and topped up daily if used, bliss! It is about 10’ mins outside of ancient town. Truly a five star experience, overall could not recommend this hotel enough, will most definitely stay again when I return to Hoian

Lovely hotel, near the centre. With a nice swimming pool, clean and large room, comfortable bed en bathroom with bath/shower. And very friendly and helpfull staf, like Hanh. A setisfied customer. I really recommand this hotel for a stay. Thanks.

Perfect stay with great services. We had superior room with the huge bathroom. The room is really big we we had so much of space. The beds are really comfortable. The swimming pool is clear and perfect. I liked the breakfast. Everyone was really nice. I am sure we will come back again.

Helen is really good and friendly to serve this trip. He did good service when we informed the room suffered some problem. In the breakfast. The cooker can remember what we order and which table we sit.It is really good in servic. We enjoy this trip and accomadation.

Amazing service from everyone at the hotel especially Jenny, Sarah, mia, and jade. Great pool and breakfast. Room was always clean and often topped up with bottled water and towels. Very helpful with suggesting tours and activities to do during our stay.

The hotel has very nice spacious rooms and a very nice pool area. The breakfast they serve is very compleet and very taste. The personel is very friendly and helpfull. We had a very nice time there and will return if we ever visit Hoi an againin the near future.
