Comfortable hotel in a fantastic location where the staff truly go the extra mile to ensure the best time in Hoi An. A special thank you to Min for her warmth, attentiveness and care throughout, and Cindy for her engaging walking tour complimentary to the hotel stay. Breakfast was delicious and included in the price also - such good value for money overall. Highly, highly recommend.

Helen and An were so helpful - couldn’t do enough for us really. Also just both really lovely to talk to, we would enjoy sitting in the reception chatting with them. They gave us all recommendations on everything in Hoi an - all of which was fantastic. Everything was made crystal clear. We did the free walking tour with Cindy which was also great, I’d reccomend doing this it was really informative. The hotel itself is lovely, historic and super clean. Rooms are spacious and nice inside. Would 100% stay again 🙂

Absolutely exceptional experience. Right next to the old town but on a peaceful, quiet, pretty street. The hotel is cheap but it doesn't feel that way, will designed rooms, very comfortable bed, showers that get very hot and have good water pressure. The free walking tour with Cindy was fun and very informative and An, Helen, and Min were extremely helpful, friendly and responsive.

Enjoyed my stay at this little hotel, staff Min and Helen are extremely pleasant, very polite, and very helpful; They provide a full guide to Hoi An sights and attractions, advice and recommendations, list of tours including some free walking tours. Bonuses - free vietnamese filtered coffee 24/7, a secure locked front door, and incredibly soft and plump pillows. Quiet street with great selection of food places and spas, main road of shops is around the corner, and the ancient town is 250m away. Rooms and decor are exactly as in the pictures

Super clean. Super helpful. Beautiful team at the hostel. Close to all the beautiful sites. We were only here 2 nights so didn’t make the most of their walking tour and other activities - but the offering looked great. Easy to walk around to the markets and river. Quiet lovely street at night.

We had an amazing stay at Hoianese heritage hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is an absolute delight. One of the best stays in Vietnam. We hired bikes for the day which were amazing quality and a very good locking system. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

On arriving, Helen gave us a warm welcome, the room was fantastic, air conditioning great, lovely and spacious, breakfast fantastic too, right in the heart of the town, highly recommend, free walking tour with Cindy was amazing and very informative, had 6 days there and highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay in Hoi An! The staff working there are so welcoming and helpful. I did the free walking tour and food tour with Cindy who is the best! I learned so much about Hoi An’s history and food culture and would 100% recommend doing both tours. Hotel also has a great location and inexpensive price!

The most amazing service! The rooms and clean, comfortable and a nice and cold refuge from the Hoi An heat. But the people that work there make it really special. They helped set up some birthday decorations for my friend as a surprise and gave great recommendations. They were always accomodating (especially when we got sick) and I would 100% recommend staying here!
