Travelled with my friends! Hotel location is very good. Rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast buffets had a diverse food choices. Overall enjoyed our stays in hotel. In the morning i want take airport drop off service but there is one in the front desk i already told them in night. Then there no one and no taxi so i have to do it myself reason why i choose this hotel is they have free airport drop off 😡😡😡

Again she said 听不懂 and didn't make any response. ”卫生间里没有休纸” ”no paper in the toilet”. I repeat the same thing in Chinese and in English again. What is this situation? Come on. A Chinese man waiting next to me saw this situation and said something to the employee, and then the employee looked at me, opened the back door and took out the tissue. What is this situation? It's not that she doesn't understand, but the hotel employee turned his head to the guest and refused to respond. I don't understand the employee's attitude.

The hotel is easy to find on the street. There are ample parking spaces. The rooms are relatively large. The facilities in the rooms are complete and clean. The service staff are also very polite. The breakfast variety is also rich. I will stay here again next time.

The parking lot is also very large. The service at the front desk is very attentive and thoughtful. I wanted to mail some large items on the day I was leaving. The front desk helped me compare three or four express logistics companies, and finally helped me pick the cheapest one. Then when the courier was collected, in order to help me save the cost of packaging cartons, I ran back and forth several times, and finally helped me find two very large cartons to mail the courier smoothly. Had problem with breakfast. Had booked it in the hotel cafeteria days before but on the last day the cafeteria was not working. Staff tried to get us breakfast from the in-house hot pot restaurant but it was not working too. Since we had a flight early we had to leave for the airport without eating anything. Otherwise pretty good location and had more than enough amenities. It is only 10min walk from the main shopping square and 20min walk from Manduhai garden.

Facilities: Very new, smart Xiaodu. The curtains are very good at blocking light and wind, and the smart air conditioner and curtain switch are easy to use. The hair dryer is very easy to use, and the water temperature is very good even in cold weather. The thick carpet in the corridor of the building is relatively soundproof. The water bottle is slim. The drip coffee and tea bags are of good quality. The location is convenient for travel.

The service is very very good. Other hotels are generally very good at the reception staff, but the service of this hotel is all-round good. Not only the reception staff are very good, but the attitude of the master who helps us contact the heating is also very good. The master of the restaurant is very good. The attitude of the master at the door is also very good. The room was clean and tidy, the afternoon tea and supper breakfast were very good, and the value for a stay during the holidays. Very suitable for children.
