Free Fiber-optic WiFi, free long distance calls, central heat and A/C - rarely needed in summer with fresh mountain breezes flowing through the house. For your security the house is equipped with a security system that includes an outside security camera. The camera is pointed away from the house and only covers walkways and driveway. The outside security camera does include an audio component but it cannot hear conversations inside of the house. There are no audio or camera devices inside of the house. Within our neighborhood, you can enjoy 2 private lakes with a dock and picnic tables for swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. There are so many fun things to do here! This area of Western North Carolina is “The Land of Waterfalls”. Take advantage of nearby zip lining, hiking, golfing, rock sliding, trout fishing, river rafting, mountain biking, horseback riding with the Blue Ridge Parkway, Pisgah National Forest, Gorges State Park and DuPont State Park all within a short drive.
