Cannot fault this place one bit. The staff especially were absolutely remarkable. They always went above and beyond and always greeted with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we felt right at home. The food was the best food we have ever eaten in our life. You have a variety of opinions and a three course meal for lunch and dinner. The chef was so friendly too who came to say hello. But not to mention our guide and tracker Mandla & Collen! We could not have wished for better guides to show us around the park. They made sure we saw absolutely everything we wanted to see and with a friendliest guys ever we made real good friends with them. You can request wine or a drink of your choice on the sunset drive a coffee or hot chocolate in the morning. These were some of the best memories we have made. We would like to thank the staff at Kuname lodge for making this one of the most memorable trips of our lives. We would recommend this place to everyone and would highly recommend for anyone who has the chance to visit!!

I travelled with my mother for a five night stay at Kuname Lodge. It was beatufilly appointed and our room was spectacular and expectionally clean. The amenities provided were changed each day and we had a turn down service each night. The rooms have an outdoor shower and bath, which you must take advantage of. Situated near a river our deck had great viewing for any wildlife wandering past. Glenn and Ingrid were amazing and their hospitality was brilliant, they are very knowledgable and will help you with anything that you need, including day trips and helicopter or Balloon flights. We had three,meals a day, the presentation and taste were 5 star, hats off to their chefs. No thing was too difficult. Mandla- our Game Driver and Colin -out tracker promised all the animals and they certainly gave us everything, from three cheetah hunting to two leopards in the middle of the track, and the rest of the Big Five. Morning and Afternoon Game Drives are a must with the addition of a stop for drinks as the sun is setting. If you are up for a massage, ask for Connie she does a lovely smotth massge. In all we were totaly impressed and would not hesitate to return here as the hospitality was fantastic. Kind Regards, Kirsty Macdonald

It was an excellent experience. The lodge is beautiful and very confortable. The people are very nice. We had Peter and Earnest for our safaris. They were great. Extra friendly and helpful. They made each trip very exciting. The food was delicious, specially the outdoor barbecue. The lady servers were excellent. Overall it was an excellent experience, 100% recommended. Thanks to all the staff Lopez family from Peru

Our safari at Kuname far exceeded our (already high!) expectations. We loved the small, intimate lodge and the high level of service that came with that! The game drives were amazing. We really enjoyed our time with our guide and tracker, Gilbert and Johnson. They were knowledge and made sure every game drive was action packed and informative! The food was all delicious! The chef is amazing and both taste and presentation were perfect. All of the staff worked incredibly hard to make sure that we had everything we needed. Our rooms and the lodge were beautiful. I have nothing negative to say. Book here, you won’t regret it!

The moment we arrived at Kuname lodge we were treated with respect,kindness and humbleness. From the staff to the food we experienced joy and relaxation that we have never experienced before. Kuname is a place of sheer beauty and is a must on anyone's list.

It was our third time there and once again, we were not disappointed. An extremely well managed lodge with friendly staff and great food! This is the only risk: The food; beware of those extra kilo's you are going to gain ☺. As I said to one of the chefs, the food and presentation thereof compares with any gourmet restaurant. What a great place to rest and enjoy the bush. These people go the x-tra mile with a smile. Really hope to be there again as soon as possible after those leopard babies are born. We actually watch them mating from the comfort of the deck!!

Excellent boutique hotel in a private game reserve. The hotel served delicious food, including a Saturday night bar-b-q that included the trackers from the game reserve. The individual cabins were well appointed, with indoor and outdoor showers, and a lovely large deck overlooking the river and surrounding forests. Manager Glen was very accommodating and ensured that all of our needs were looked after.
