Volta Serene Hotel

A well located place but with a very inconsistent service. We came to their restaurant to eat before 7 pm, it was emptish, and we waited for our food (fried noodles) for 1h 20 min (!!). The waiter explained to us that there were "many orders" before us. Could not admire a lovely night view of Ho neither, because the metal stores of the top roof restaurant were shut down and broken.

Volta Serene is honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed! Their services are top-notch, and the food? Absolutely amazing. There’s such a wide variety of both local and international dishes, you will be spoilt for choice. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Mavis during my stay, and she was fantastic, super helpful, warm, and clearly passionate about giving guests the best experience. Whether you are visiting for business, a family getaway, or just to relax, I would highly recommend Volta Serene Hotel in Ho. You will definitely want to return..

My partner and I had a terrible stay at this facility. On the first night, we got locked out of our room because the key card could'nt open the door. I took 2 unsuccessful trips down to reception who could not 'reset' the card. Finally had to wait ten minutes sitting out in the hallway for the head porter who apparently was the only one with a master key to open the door for us. Enter the room and the door has to be slammed shut because it's misaligned. Lock on the inside doesn't work and the deadbolt is just a piece of dangling chain... not functional. Call back to reception and they sent the same porter to explain that we are safe with the door unlocked because noone else has the master key but him - so reassuring. No safe in the room as shown on the booking. Big chips of cement had fallen off around the door frame (I'm guessing from all the slamming). Fittings in the bathroom had come loose and almost falling off... I wish I could share pictures. Not ideal at all in my books. Credit to the restaurant staff who were excellent and the front desk lady who did her best to reset our key card.

Had a pleasant stay here The only thing i didnt really wnjoy was the frequent power outages which is out of yoyr control. I appreciate the assistance of all staff members especially Joseph Klutse , who always made sure my room was very tidy. Thank you team Volta Serene

I so miss Volta Serene Hotel😍 the place is indeed one of a kind The art, the food, and the wonderful facilities blew my mind away Not to mention the wonderful customer service I especially miss the hospitality provided by the workers. Most especially Mr Mathew Kofikumah He welcomed me with so much respect, treated me as a sister and friend, and made me feel very comfortable; he always checked to see if I needed anything or if I faced challenges in using the facilities, and he cleaned my room and decorated it to perfection. Indeed I learned a lot and felt like I was at home.

Everything in the room are in order and anytime there's any need it's promptly provided. I met the room supervisor, Nancy who is nice and friendly and provides great service. She is professional in her approach to customers. I personally appreciate her customer service to clients.
