The hotel was really spacious! Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and the family loved it! We had a big fridge, washing machine, proper stove, 2 televisions. The facilities in the hotel were also great but we didn't have a chance to use them. There is also a convenience store within the property so it was really convenient. Breakfast was good though seats may be limited. There is also daily shuttle service to different locations within the city on specific day of the week.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fine since we can get a grab everywhere. We were provided with a gallon of water for our 2 bedroom apartment. However, the hotel is dated and in need of refurbishing. - Many cracked tiles in the bathroom - The painted walls are old and looks dirty - The water in the bathtub and sink doesn't flow well - The cupboards have yellow stains, rust stains, and are smelly due to lack of use - The many paintings in the room and along the corridor are unsightly and somewhat creepy. - There is no ensuite bathroom for the master room The 2bdrm apartment we had is way too huge. The space could be refurbished for better utilisation.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but the transportation was okay. If you request breakfast, they give you a Starbucks coupon next door. The room condition is good.

Stayed together with the extended family and got 2 twin rooms without window at a really good deal! The location of the hotel was great! Short walk to many tourist sites and lots of good food and spas nearby. The room was a good size stocked with iron, weighing scale, hair dryer, safe, fridge and kettle! The breakfast spread was lovely! Would definitely recommend this place!

First of all this hotel is very strict about 2 pm checkin . so kindly plan you arrival accordingly i slept in lobby sofa for 5-6 hours since i was badly tired after a long journey. This is not the case with other hotel since i had many friends in ho chi min at that time in other hotels like rex, renaissance etc. This hotel was suggested by ASEAN ceramic exhibitors i Dont know why. May be because of its historical significance. Rooms Lobby carpets have that mild stinking smell. Rooms are very basic nothing special for the type of money charged. Gym was basic. For some reason mostly old age westerners come and stay here. Western Breakfast is the best thing this hotel offer.

Big hotel with newly renovated rooms, so everything is in good condition. Clean and big rooms. We had a corner room which the window is facing directly at the Landmark 81, we were able to enjoy the fireworks for new year eve.

Room is very spacious and clean, and hotel is strategically located in an area where we can conveniently Grab to anywhere we want in the city. There’re cafes just around the vicinity and a convenience store by the corner of the street. Very value-for-money; we’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in HCM city.

Request to a quiet room upon booking so they will assign you to such so you can relax. Based on our experience, upon arrival we were assign a room on Rex Hotel side which is too noisy. We then requested to move to a quieter room but was told that only a room with 1 queen bed is available (we booked for a room with 2 beds) to which we accepted. The room seemed not often used but was quiet than our first room. We were then asked if we would like to transfer to another woth two beds the following day which we agreed. We left our bags at the lobby while waiting for the room availability we left the hotel. When we came back we were told that our room was ready and they upgraded it to a bigger room. They are very approachable and responded to requests as fast as they could. Breakfast buffet was great. There are usually events during weekends and they close the roads surrounding the hotel so you need to walk a bit if you arrive or leave during weekends.
