It is a surprise to have an iron in the room. However, it is not very comfortable. For example, the room is on the first floor. It is not very soundproof and a bit noisy. There is no bottled water provided. You can get it from the water dispenser at the front desk. Other things are OK. It is within walking distance of various attractions and has a high cost performance.

This is an excelent place to stay! The location is fantastic, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. The residential complex itself has great amenities, including a pool and gym (accessible from the 3rd floor). The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and very comfortable to stay in. The air conditioning works well, and there's even a small area for quick clothes drying, which was super handy. Thuong was really responsive and quick to help with any questions or issues we had during our stay. Also, cleaning was provided twice during our 3-week stay, which was a nice surprise. We definitly recommend these apartments and really appreciate Thuong’s great hospitality
