Hotel di Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Ho Chi Minh City

Booked a king room with city view and was given a room with a red building , was told that this is the king room . I was unhappy , made a complaint and the front desk manager(31OCT at 230pm) was not friendly but agree to a change, but always told to give them an hour to prepare the room. So the check in was delayed to 330. But when we went back around 5pm, they gave us the same room lower floor with the same view. Made a complaint again and the duty manager of the hotel came down very quickly like 10mins and agree to help us change to hotel Room with a city view which is the second picture . The front desk manager Anna who toolemovee the unfriendly colleague was good and make very good effort the assist me and update me on the room change. The manager of the night was effective and made the change for us . Overall average experience because given the incorrect allocation of room due to non alignment of room description between Hilton and trip.com

The location is great!The environment is also great, the staff are very enthusiastic, and they have given us great room.It's a room with a corner window. The staff in the swimming pool are also very friendly. We will come back again.

Perfect location. Really can’t be any better on the location and the staff and cleanliness and updated classic decor was all great. Only two small tips for travelers. Ask for a non-connecting room. Reason being the sound proofing between connecting room doors is very poor. While we loved our stay, we also heard everything our neighbors said and did (and same for them I’m sure). That is not ideal. Other small feedback is the breakfast buffet. The food is good and it’s a great buffet but the room is on the small side and the hotel is usually busy, so it’s not the most relaxing breakfast situation. Back to all the good things. Perfect launch pad for walking Saigon and local restaurants. The pool and gym are pretty nice as well. Staff were uniformly wonderful. Recommended. Opera view rooms do have a better view at any level. If on non opera house side, you probably need to be above level 16 to enjoy a view.

the hotel deserve the 5 star! the interior of the hotel and room is amazing with the marble details, the staff are very friendly as well and accommodating.

We stayed in the premium king room, and the bed was very wide. It was generally a comfortable stay. The location is good. Just think it is a no pool hotel and not expect much from the gym. I wish there was a mat in the gym, at least for streching. Other than that, common spaces are good.

Hotel is nicely located along the riverside and close proximity to everything in D1. Our room was good, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a decent range and selection. We booked a night so we could use the pool and view the fireworks only to find the pool closed early which was disappointing. Overall, nice enough for an overnight stay.

Very good and clean hotel. I had a room on the back side of the building, and it was very quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was very good and a large selection for all nationalities
