The hotel staff are accommodating,the breakfast need to improve as the food not warm,and the shower water pressure is low.

1. The location is very good. It is close to most tourist attractions. 2. The staff are very friendly. Especially the security guards working during the day are very friendly. He was so kind that I gave him a tip. What's disappointing 1. The facilities (showers, etc.) are a bit old. However, there is no problem in using it. 2. The safe is not fixed, making it difficult to store valuables. Improvement is needed.

The hotel is located closely to the bar street. Thus, it is certainly noisy at night. Do take note of this. It is 1KM away from Time Square. Thus, still reasonably accessible. Overall for this price it is reasonable and comfortable.

Fantastic Stay at Vien Dong Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City! I recently stayed at Vien Dong Hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The hotel’s location is unbeatable – right in the vibrant District 1, with many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas within walking distance. The iconic Ben Thanh Market is just a short stroll away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the modern amenities provided, such as strong Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a stocked minibar. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless during my stay. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. They were happy to provide recommendations for local tours and restaurants, making my trip even more enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Breakfast was another highlight! The buffet offered a wide variety of both Vietnamese and international dishes, catering to all palates. I particularly loved the freshly made pho and the tropical fruits – such a treat to start the day. Paying small money, you get a small room with a tiny window no doubt (not actually a window) but with the complimentary breakfast and the very nice guy at the breakfast room, convenient location for a visitor/tourist within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and walking street just a block away only for those nightlife lovers. My proposal to those wanna visit Ho Chi Minh.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable . The staff is friendly and helpful but hard to communicate due to language barrier The hotel is clean and near the Walking Street. It's at the city center so we easily get around to buy food and other necessities. ATM machine is near also. Hair dryer is provided , soap , toothbrush with toothpaste, body wash and hair conditioner. All in all it was a great stay at Jasmine hotel! We will get this hotel again of we come back to Saigon.

Was a well situated hotel.. very accessible to many popular vists and nearby eateries.. the hotel sadly lacks some good amenities such as gym, spa or even a swimming pool… the breakfast spread is the same throughout our 6 days stay there.. with only one live station being rotated for difference.. but no complains about the quality of the food as its nice..

The location of the hotel is good. Nearby many restaurants, bars, coffee shops. It’s in a hidden alley, with dogs wandering around and dirty. The room is small but enough for one single person. No windows. For me the major issue was the noise, people didn’t considered other and were making lots of noise at 12pm, 2am, 6am. They just didn’t respect others. So, if you looking for a place where you can have a good night of sleep, rest well, this is not the place. The cleaning service runs between 9am and 16pm. They do the minimal, towels are not that clean and the floor continues dirty. The staff is friendly, nothing to stay.
