My experience for this Aurora By Glenwood is really not as bad like other traveller mentioned.
For me, this is not an exactly a hotel, instead it like a managed apartment/condo.
I book for a family suite, so it really serve for hs what we need.
Out of the surprise it even provide washing machine, rice cooker, and other facilitiea for easy cooking like family.
I only did not find it have enough chair to sit, which only 1 feedback from me.
Front counter service, house keeping, and lobby boy all did a good job.
If i back to HCMC again, i dont mind to stay again.

The facilities are very new, the traffic from the city is slightly inconvenient, but it is very close to the supermarket and the shopping mall. The counter lady is very good in Chinese. It is a place worth staying again.

Clean room, friendly staff. In an alley so if you have heavy luggage be aware that the taxi cannot drop you off directly in front of the hotel. However if you ask, the staff can help you bring the luggage in (it’s a short distance so also manageable by yourself).

This apartment has a very big swimming pool. Near the Metro station so I can go to the center of district 1 every day without having to take a taxi. There are many Korean shops around, cafes and a very good Spanish restaurant. The balcony of the apartment is very cute and I can see the sunrise. The apartment is spacious and fully furnished, netflix and youtube.

AantoineI’m a bit confused with this hotel. Host is extremely friendly and smily pool is nice tool room are decorated with taste but I would say for the price I was expecting a bit more hotel standing. For exemple after 10pm you have to wake the guard up to open the main door (a key card would be easier) same for the room key, we need to leave it at the entrance on the table totally easy access to everyone.. not very safe. Overall it’s nice but I feel that it’s the only boutique hotel in district 2 in Saigon and rest on one's laurels.
On top of that the building aside was in construction and started a 8am.. including in Saturday. Impossible to sleep longer and staying by the pool wasn’t very pleasant.. maybe they could have ask the neighbor to start the construction later (especially cuz the work stoped in the afternoon)

GGuest UserGood; the amazing location and impressive Lion Dance performance at CNY for the guests certainly made up for the slow kitchen service/understanding of the staff. We absolutely loved the food, the speed boat to downtown and the tranquil pool. A great way to experience Ho Chi Min in style. Room smelled a bit moldy, pool deck could use some renovation.

NNICOLANice receptionist, nice restaurant staff, room was very big and sufficiently well clean. Swimming pool really in a bad position and not enjoyable because in a bad position. Many nice restaurants out of residence to the left but you have walk for about 800 mts.

GGuest UserThe environment and facilities are very complete, but the front desk service is too poor. I went there for 4 days and there was never anyone at the front desk, only a security guard, which made it inconvenient to do anything.

GGuest UserHad to contact Landlord on arrival to gain entry. Pool wasn't available to use on the first day due to maintenance and landlord wouldn't compensate via agent even though this was the reason for choosing that location. Trip very helpful resolving the issue so no complaint with them.

PPer Johan KevinGreat location and Way better then expected. The pool needs to be cleaned thow since it was to dirty to use. Beergarden in front and hard to find since we could not find Any sign. No reception But Staff Will sort you out. Also We Had to Wait One hour for the room to be ready That was not Very positive without Any compensation after 2 Pm when it was supposed to be check in
